Our Practitioner

The Origin Method wellness practice is led by a Dietician-Practitioner and licensed phlebotomist who recognized early in clinical training that nearly 70% of diagnostics begin with a blood draw— before imaging, procedures, or medications are ever introduced. With advanced clinical training through Harvard-affiliated hospitals in Boston, MA, an undergraduate background in pre-medicine, and current graduate studies in Nutrition Medicine and Disease Prevention, her work focuses on assessment, analysis of pattern recognition, and laboratory interpretation. While a student working in vitamin and supplement retail, Nina gained broad knowledge of the supplement market. She saw firsthand how consumers spent thousands on the wrong products, following trends and programs that didn’t deliver results. Although she excelled in sales, she also experienced the confusion herself, trying products driven by claims rather than outcomes. With so much on the market, it’s easy to get mislead. With intention, her consultations help clients select the right supplements for their biology—bringing accuracy, simplicity, and precision to an overcrowded market. She delivers in-home clinical evaluations, blood draws, and nutraceutical protocol design, translating biochemistry and metabolism into precise, personalized wellness strategies that prioritize prevention, optimization, and aesthetic vitality.
